2. Booking Cancellations by Clients

Cancellation must be made at least 1 month before to avoid cancellation fees.

Booking payment of the package amount must be made upfront before starting the business.

Last-minute cancellations (within 24–48 hours): Full charges will apply unless there are valid emergency reasons, to be evaluated at our discretion.

3. Booking Cancellations by Us

In rare cases where Deluna Enterprise must cancel a booking (due to illness, emergency, or force majeure), we will:

4. Talent Replacement Policy

If a specific talent becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

Offer a suitable replacement of equal quality and professionalism

If no suitable replacement can be agreed upon, we will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Client dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (e.g., event delays, equipment failures not caused by us)

Change of mind after confirming the booking

No-shows by the client or late notice changes
