      1. Services Provided

We offer professional live hosting, talent booking, event collaboration, and promotional services. Services are subject to availability and may be tailored to suit client needs based on mutual agreement.

       2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official platforms.
• An upfront payment is REQUIRED upon selecting our services package.

• Cancellation policies apply—clients must notify us at least 1 month in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 

  3. Talent Representation

• We reserve the right to assign talents best suited to your event unless specific individuals are requested and available. (Specific host/talent will have different charges depending on their experience and crowd followers)
• Talents are expected to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times.
• Unauthorized photography, filming, or usage of talent imagery for commercial purposes without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

• 4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate event details, including time, location, and theme
• Ensuring a safe and professional environment for talents and hosts
• Notifying us promptly of any changes to the event schedule

• 5. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all parties. Discrimination, harassment, or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

• 6. Intellectual Property

• All content (photos, videos, branding, etc.) created or shared through our services remains the intellectual property of Deluna Enterprise and the client only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• 7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, technical issues, health emergencies). In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

• 8. Modifications

• We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
